A guide on mastering the EvoScreen Display

Set up your oven and discover various cooking modes with ease. Learn how to easily navigate the EvoScreen to make the most of the features and functions of your Smeg oven.

Switching on the oven

Press the power button on the left side of the oven and wait for the display to activate.

Setting the clock

You will be prompted to set the time upon first use of the oven. To start a cooking function, the time must be set.

Traditional cooking

These are conventional heating functions including fan forced, fan assisted, grill and more. Select the desired function by pressing the > symbol and using the +/- symbols to adjust the temperature and duration.

Steam and comb-steam cooking

Use steam cooking techniques to help deliver fresh flavours and healthy meals. Select the desired function by pressing the > symbol and use the +/- symbols to adjust the steam level, temperature and duration.

Microwave and combi-microwave cooking

Use microwave cooking techniques for faster, more efficient meals. Select the desired function by pressing the > symbol and use the +/- symbols to adjust the microwave level, temperature and duration.
